Exchange + Return policy
Traditional returns create a significant environmental footprint and logistical strain that conflicts with our commitment to sustainability. To minimize this impact, we offer seamless size exchanges or store credit rather than cash refunds. Because our pieces run smaller than standard retail brands, it is essential to consult our size guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Shipping
Every garment is made-to-order specifically for you. Please allow 10–12 business days for production and dispatch, plus transit times (varying based on your postal code). All applicable shipping fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
International Orders
Shipping for International orders includes all duties, customs and taxes. You will not need to pay anything extra when you get your order. If you can’t see delivery being available to your postal code, please leave us a message. Transit times can be seen on the ‘Shipping and Delivery’ page.
Exchange Process
You must raise a request within 72 hours of receiving your package. Approved items must then be shipped back within 3 days via a traceable courier. Shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Express and Custom orders are ineligible for any returns or exchanges.
Garment Care
To preserve the integrity of our delicate handloom fabrics, we recommend dry clean only to ensure the longevity of your garment. Our use of natural, non-chemical dyes means colors may bleed and damage the fabric if machine-washed. Never use a dryer, as the intense heat will cause the natural fibers to shrink and lose their shape.
