Replacement Policy

At Illume Lifestyle, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a replacement policy instead of returns or refunds.


1. Replacement Eligibility

Customers may request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

To request a replacement, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product as proof.


2. Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused

  • The item must have original tags and packaging

  • The replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery


3. Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept replacement requests if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The replacement request is made after 48 hours

  • The product is missing original tags or packaging


4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will arrange a pickup of the original item.

  2. After inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you.

Replacement delivery may take 5–7 business days depending on location.


5. No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns. Only product replacements are allowed for eligible cases.
